MINIMUM ORDERS

We require a minimum order of $50.00.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Foreign orders will be processed promptly and with a minimal handling charge of $25.00. This defrays the costs of preparing special forms required by government export/import regulations. Parcel post will be used for all shipments except flammable chemicals where air freight is required by government regulations.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY/CANCELLATIONS

Shipments will be made by the most economical method (based on package content/hazard) unless specified otherwise by the customer.

All shipments will be sent F.O.B. Trenton, New Jersey, freight collect, or prepaid via FedEx. Title to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Prior commitments will be honored; however invoices will reflect the prices in effect at the time of product shipment. Special quotations for large orders or custom syntheses are firm for 30 days from the time of quotation.

We reserve the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise requested by the customer. We also reserve the right to refuse cancellations of standard catalog or custom produced items, and to change prices or cancel listings at any time.

TSCA

Buyer acknowledges that Chemsampco products are sold solely for research and development. Buyer should therefore use Chemsampco products in accordance with all applicable government regulations, including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The buyer should be familiar with the TSCA exemption for research and development in 40CFR720.

Under TSCA regulations, Chemsampco products may not be used in manufacturing unless it has been determined that they are listed on the TSCA inventory. Buyers should notify Chemsampco in writing if Chemsampco products are intended for use in commercial purposes as defined in TSCA so that the TSCA status can be determined.

TERMS

Our payment terms are net due within 30 days of the date of the invoice after credit has been established. All initial shipments will be C.O.D. unless prior arrangements are made with our Accounts Receivable Department. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Hazardous materials will be packaged and shipped according to current government regulations. If special packaging is required, additional costs will be charged.

RETURNS/SHIPPING CLAIMS

Should return of an item be desired, prior approval must be obtained from the Customer Service Department. Our standard 20% restock charge will be deducted from the credit for returned material.

If you have a claim for lost or damaged products, please retain all packaging material for inspection by the carrier and contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will process the loss or damage reports promptly and initiate adjustments accordingly.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of our products to be equal to or greater than the purity labeled on each container.

If any discrepancy is discovered, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of material receipt.

PROPER USAGE

Our chemicals are offered for laboratory, experimental or manufacturing use ONLY. They may NOT be used as: Drugs, cosmetics, food additives, household chemicals, agricultural or pesticidal products.

We offer no guarantees or warranties regarding the use or misuse of our products, and will not be responsible for any loss involving their use beyond the purchase price of the chemical.

Toxic Substance Control Act and United States Export Controls:
